A la carte is a versatile personal chef service blending a wide variety
of styles, flavors, and ethnic cuisines. I specialize in cooking home-cooked,
healthy, gourmet and ethnic foods. I am a longtime passionate cook, and
have been looking for a way to indulge my passion to cook and combine
it with a way to actually touch people one on one. I enjoy customizing
my menus and service for each of my clients - no two are ever alike and
that's the fun.
I’ve cooked in local restaurants as well as in several restaurants
in London, where I lived and worked for 5 years. My love of food and cooking
was heightened in London where I had great exposure to all kinds of food:
Indian, Thai, Greek, French - I've also traveled extensively and picked
up all kinds of new methods with cooking, and new ways to use herbs and
spices.
I hold a food safety certificate, and am dedicated to the health and
well-being of my clients. All food is prepared with great attention to
quality and freshness.
